We had gang showers in college and used to go in there to sing Everly Brothers tunes as the reverb made us sound better. We actually showered in there on occasion as well.Jonohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18170214396483091419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3154204376346679777.post-43046112380903170672017-11-06T09:42:34.443-05:002017-11-06T09:42:34.443-05:00I saw the Everly Brothers at their reunion tour at...I saw the Everly Brothers at their reunion tour at the Royal Albert Hall, London and they were amazing. I've also seen both Little Richard and Bo Diddley, who were also brilliant. I'm glad to say I've never seen the Rolling Stones and would never want to, I can't stand their music. My brother saw some outfit called The Who in a tiny club in Portsmouth and, when working as a barman on South Parade Pier, watched the Bee Gees (pre Jive Talk) rehearse. My memories are a little later :-) What would we do without music...!?Mike@Bit About Britainhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08741370413282813229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3154204376346679777.post-47285289246467092982017-11-03T11:09:10.956-04:002017-11-03T11:09:10.956-04:00There was a band called the Flintstones? There was a band called the Flintstones?William Kendallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00331324250821836822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3154204376346679777.post-85129218715621184872017-11-03T08:54:52.346-04:002017-11-03T08:54:52.346-04:00I mostly remember the Everly Brothers because a fe...I mostly remember the Everly Brothers because a few of their songs were played at my elementary school graduations dance.
