I'm really getting tired of being bombarded with the same old annoying TV commercials over and over again while I'm trying to enjoy the Olympics. I know they are a necessary evil, but I tend to press the mute button and find something else to do while they're showing on the screen.
However, there's one Canadian ad that I can watch quite happily multiple times.... I find it inspired and amusing and I always giggle at the ending.
Although I don't think it's going to encourage me to shop at Rona more often. Anyone got a hammer handy?

That's a good one. Hadn't seen that one down here, of course. I agree wholeheartedly, though, the same damn ads for almost two weeks now... it really starts to grate.

Great ad! We're coming over with our bikes after seeing that great country.
Great advert - my husband is a nuisance when adverts appear as he keeps flicking channels and I am not sure if this annoys me more! Not sure why this is but when adverts come on the sound always increases on the TV.

For some strange reason, all of the Olympics we watched on 2 different BBC channels had no commercials. On our Dutch channels, I can't remember. So I guess we were lucky!?!

The Rogers commercial are mind-numbingly awful but yes, Rona gave us something very clever with this one.
Yep, this is a super commercial. Most commercials put me to sleep.
I saw this ad once and it was a pleasure to see it again. It is very creative and beautiful – I wish there were more like it.

I didn’t like TV advertisements and loud commentators when I’m enthralled by the athletes’ challenges, either.
