Bloomin' Luvverly!

Last week I went on a tour of back yard gardens created by the talented members of the Horticultural Society of nearby Port Hope.
It poured with rain all morning, and we almost decided not to go, but by lunchtime the sun had chased away the grey clouds and it was a gorgeous afternoon. No need for captions on these photos, they are self explanatory.

Beautiful pictures! I love how you were able to catch the bee in action. :)
A backyard tour sounds like it would be a lot of fun. I'm not sure anyone does those around here. What a great way to get ideas!

Beautiful, colorful flowers! I think one of the great joys of summer is to be able to visit an enchanting garden, and you did it.

Oh I love those garden tours! Your photos are lovely, especially the trellis full of blooms! And the little bee looking very comfy on the daisy (or daisy-like flower).
