Pi Day

Pi Day is celebrated on March 14th (3/14) around the world. Pi π is the symbol used in mathematics to represent a constant — the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter — which is approximately 3.14159.
Pi is a constant number, meaning that for all circles of any size, Pi will be the same.
And 3.14 is also Albert Einstein’s birthday!
Image googled from the internet.
So let's wish Albert a happy birthday, and celebrate with some pie!

  3. Happy Pi day. Numbers can be amazing things. I still remember the wonder when I discovered (washing up one night) that the digits from any multiple of nine add up to nine. (eg 3 x 9 = 27. 2 + 7 = 9).

  8. I think most of Japanese people don’t know Pi Day. Okay, I’ll eat birthday apple-pie instead of birthday cake on my birthday. My birthday also falls on “White Day” in Japan.
