Random ramblings from the cluttered brain of a Brit ex-pat North Devonian trying to keep cool in the summers and warm in the winters of The Great White North.
I tried it with a Christmas tree ornament at the mall. I was too far away; it didn't work. Nice job. You proved to me that it wasn't a bad idea.
v arty and nice, but where the hey are you? ming, too. all i can see is the cameras.
Hee! Love it! I did this a couple of years agohere. I just love the idea of capturing your image in christmas ornaments! Can't wait to see that pyramid pattern. And yes, I think we do live parallel lives...the jam, the trees being chopped down, the aluminum trees and drapes. And now the self portraits in christmas ornaments. :)
charming self portrait. Cute idea with the ornament.
Just below the camera... that must be your bright smile!
HA! Perfectly done. You even have a little ballet dance like posture with the hand above your head. Mine just had fat fingers.
Gosh you have a face like a camera or one of those 'Smash' potato men!
Very inventive!!! (lol)I will be back as soon as I rest up a bit and enjoy a little leisure time...!I wish you the Merriest of Christmases and a Very Very Happy New Year, too!
but its such a good idea isn't it? i might copy too! Love your snow pics, we here in london envy you.
Indeed, a very good idea and a nice, season adapted shot! (Why did I not think about it?) ... and you show about as much of yourself as Ming!
Tee hee!! Never knew you where a camera?????????
A copycat with an elegant hand.
It can be a good thing to copy cat and give credit as it invites others to explore other sites:) You exhibit such grace with your picture taking...agree with ming, ballet inspired:)
Yea, oh what a shot.come and see the 2 pathways of life.
I think we all pinch others idea's but some of us admit it.I like the picture.
very cute!!! Imitation is the greatest form of flattery!
Hum, you're shorter than I thought!
Hmmm...your head is awfully square ;-)Happy Holidays! (which should be easy, considering that huge wine jug under the tree!)
Hi everyone: I'm considering changing my post title to "Self Portrornament"! It's hard to hold the camera still, focus, take the photo, and still try to peek around so my face shows in the reflection. You should try it!
It's the ballet flare that makes this, Ex-S! :)
