It's 16C outside today, blue sky and sunshine. That's almost 61F in old money. Even though we've enjoyed a mild and relatively snow free winter so far, today is the first day that looks and feels remotely like spring.
And when the sun shines, my thoughts go to....... the Car Wash!
I should have taken a "before" picture. Poor Bluebottle was filthy. He was looking very sad and uncared for. But he's all shiny now.... until the next bad weather day.
Nice wheels, Shammy. Your weather was warmer than Long Beach, California!
ReplyDeleteThose Mazda 3 Hatchbacks are a neat car. Rhonda has a 6 speed manual gear shift Mazda 6 that goes like a bat out of hell. I can only sneak the occasional drive in it as she reckons I drive it like a GP car! LOL!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty car, my dear...LOVE the Color! And the shape, too! I bet your car is very happy now that he is ALL clean...!
ReplyDeleteYou've had a mild winter and we had a summer lacking in serious heat and bushfires. All's well in the world.
ReplyDeleteIt's so hard to keep a car shiny this time of year. Good for you!!
ReplyDeleteGood coincidence for me here. It is in the mid 60's today in Boston, and I am going to get a much-needed wash for Roddy The Wondercar.
ReplyDeleteWhat is it about the sun shining that always makes us want to clean - what a lovely blue your car is. I love a nice clean car and fortunately for me my Peter always hoses and waxes ours.
ReplyDeleteIt sure looks loved now. Hope it doesn't rain? :-) - Dave
ReplyDeleteCongratulations the Mazda car!! The car is happy now. I hope shining day will last as possible! My son is a big fan of this car. Looks so comfortable and the color is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYes,it is always hard to keep a car clean.
Have a wonderful day.
Tomoko
Love that you have a name for your car! I do too
ReplyDeleteCame over from Maggies
Your Bluebottle and our Granny Towanda would get along just fine, Sham. :)
