Random ramblings from the cluttered brain of a Brit ex-pat North Devonian trying to keep cool in the steamy summers and warm in the frosty winters of The Great White North.

What I want for Christmas
After spending countless hours browsing the shops in search of just the right prezzies for my loved ones, I have decided what I would really like for Christmas.... a rare and hard to find item.... something that is NOT made in China!
I agree with you. I spotted a wonderfully crafted necklace and earrings set on the website of a local jewellry designer. It was well within my budget and perfect for my MIL and she wont answer her e-mails, her phone or her mobile! I like individual items not items that are the same as everyone else.
Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog. XxFizzyxX
But, you have to go in for hand-painted plant pots, done by seven and nine year olds. :) (Under our tree right now, all the presents are also wrapped in home-designed wrapping paper!)

You will find these items at my house.

No, the moose is from Philadelphia, although you all farther up north have many more moose than we do!!
ReplyDeleteHappy holidays (and New Year) to my favorite Canadian blogger!!!! :)
Apparently you can find items not made in china for auction at Sotheby's! :)
ReplyDeleteLOL! Nice little post there!
ReplyDeleteI think the only thing that my wife and I have in the house which are not made in China is our two young boys!
