On Official Nana Duty

It's been a busy busy babysitting weekend.
First, I looked after this cute baby...

.... and then I looked after this cute baby.

Somebody sneaked upstairs when I wasn't looking and chewed up the toilet paper.
Somebody stole The Space Cadet's glove and danced round the back yard with it, shaking it violently making sure it was dead.
Somebody raided the bedroom and stole my socks.
Somebody wanted to go pee at 6am and made enough noise to wake the dead.
Callum, did you do all those naughty things? NO?
Hmmmm...... T E S S A !!!!!

  4. If Tessa can't get positive attention, she'll get it any way she can.

  9. Ha,haa. . .sorry, I just remembered my weekend few weeks ago with 6 months old Melissa. I did not sleep at all during whole night even baby slept nicely until sex o`clock :)

Tessa has been a little jealous, i think! Our Kiki dog is jealous, when baby is visiting in our house, Kiki needs much more attention than usually.

    Extra hugs to lovely Callum!

  16. Is this your first grandbaby? It's wonderful, isn't it. I've been in Virginia for a month taking care of Ella. She's 19 months old now and always on the move. Nothing like it.

  22. They're both adorable, but Callum is double adorable. Were you able to resuscitate the glove, or was it too far gone?

  23. LOL! Betcha couldn't resist that cute furry face, though. I'm sure Callum will keep you on your toes soon enough. And you will forgive him even easier than Tessa.

  24. Dabrah asked if I managed to retieve the glove.
Well, it was early in the morning and I was in my jammies and house coat and slippers, lots of snow on the ground... Tessa started chewing on the glove so I made a dive for it and landed in a big snowbank, grabbed the glove, but she thought it was all part of the game and jumped on me, pushing me further into the snow... I was floundering about, lost a slipper, my jammies were soaking and cold, finally got up with difficulty, beating a frenzied funcrazed puppy off with one hand and trying to clutch the glove with the other. I hope the neighbours weren't watching, they would have had a good chuckle at the sight of me stuck in the snowdrift!
