Hmm, reverse psychology. Not sure it would work here in the States where people's psyches are already mostly reversed. :-)

Good idea! Some authorities have taken to putting up signs on motorways over here, warning that clearing up the litter that people throw out of cars and trucks risks the lives of those that have to clear it up. I can't understand the low intelligence of the people that litter in the first place.
