Fairy Door
A tiny fairy door has appeared on my stairs. I haven't actually seen any fairies yet, but they must have moved in as one of them has left her shoes behind.
This is so cool. Did you create it yourself? Is it really on your stairs? Or just a pic you found?
Seems like something my Sara would do in her house when she grows up. And, yes, I'll show them the pic, and, yes, I think they will like it! (though I'll have to stay vigilant... fairy doors might start popping up after they see this!)
Oh you poor unbelievers... it's a Real Fairy Door I tell ya! Yes LL it's really on my stairs. I thought I saw a shimmery flash of wing out of the corner of my eye the other day, but when I turned my head, it was gone. However the shoes are still there. I think fairies love to go barefoot.

That just brings out the little girl in me. :)
Maybe if you just gently knocked on the door, she'd open up. What a nice surprise that would be!

A part of me looks at this picture and enjoys it, and another part keeps nagging: "What IS that, really?"

My little girls said they think this is very cool, but they say they don't believe you. Cynics.
