Random ramblings from the cluttered brain of a Brit ex-pat North Devonian trying to keep cool in the steamy summers and warm in the frosty winters of The Great White North.
Stouffville fruit & Vegies has Stoof-all literacy - and poor coli-floor to boot!LOL!
LOVE it! But now, pray give us the phonetics involved. How does Stouffville sound? Is it like "stuff" or "stoof" or "stofe"? And dear old colifloor...how y'alls sayin that up there? does the end sound like something we walk on?
Just to educate y'all, Stouffville is pronounced "STOW-VILLE".
LOOOOOOL this made me laugh!!!
Coli Floor. Maybe it isn't misspelled. Maybe they're really trying to warn you about the bacteria (e-COLI) on their floor?Funny stuff.
At least coliflower makes sense. How do you get STOW-VILLE from Stouffville?
LOL! Too funny! Different indeed. I wonder whether it tases different, too!
Yum... it's delicous with Brock coli!
"Coli"...? Help. All I could think of is E.Coli....Not a good way to sell a veggie....lol! I know they are trying to be cute, nut....
A Broc-coli floor would be rather uncomfortable to walk on.Great catch Shammy.
I don't really like coli floor. Come to think of it, I don't like cauliflower either.
OH! I know where this is. I might like to try some of their coli floor. :)
But Sham...isn't that how YOU spell it??? :)
