February's Last Blast

It's been snowing for two days now. Yesterday morning my driveway was filled with heavy wet snow about 8 or 9 inches deep in places.  The bushes were bent double with the weight of the snow so I went out to rescue them before the branches broke. But they look just as bad this morning as it's been snowing in the night.
The view from my front door at 7:00am this morning.
The view from my back door a few minutes later.
Most of it will be gone by tonight.... supposed to be a mild melty day. Hurry up, Spring!

Love this photos, it all looks so pretty. I expect everything keeps working as normal when all that snow comes down, but here everything would grind to a standstill!

Amazing! It's been so warm and sunny on this side of the continent. Hope your melty day doesn't cause flooding, that's what happens in the mountains here when there's so much snow on the ground and there's a quick melt.

It's been a busy February, weather-wise. The good thing about a snowfall this late in the season is that it really can't last too long. I hope. Lovely pics, Shammie.

We were blessed to have been missed by the last storm predicted to hit us (some predictions said 8 inches, but we had no more than strong winds and some rain.)

God bless! I hope you built a snowman!

If your weather is doing anything like ours here in the Netherlands, all your snow is probably melted by now and you may even be seeing some buds?! Well, for one week only, however. It's supposed to be colder again next week.... (stay tuned).
