Remember this blogpost back in October? Susan was giving her shed a facelift, but her new artwork left something to be desired. What was it? There's something important missing. Ah yes.... the cat!
Can you spot the addition?
Here he is, a little closer.
He doesn't look very happy to be shut in the shed.
I love it. That's the kind of fancifulness that makes a neighborhood especially inviting.
ReplyDeleteThat's great. I'd love to be able to do something like that but I fear I'd tromp l'eoil my whole house once I got started. Love the kitty.. such an expression.
ReplyDeleteYes, I remember the old and the new decoration... Really nice!
ReplyDeleteOoh, aren't you clever to use those Lettucey floating questions marks!!
ReplyDeleteHey! How are you doing? Long time no see, but I do remember the first post (I loved the original painting she had done on the shed). And now the little cat is back, so cute!
ReplyDeleteSending a steamy bowl of clam chowdah and a nice slice of BCP your way. :)
Cheers!
Haha! That is really cute! I love the color of the doors.
ReplyDeleteLOL, LOL..Very Very Cute! Glsd the cat is back.....He or She looks quite adorable!
ReplyDeleteThat a great way to paint a shed.. and it makes a great post to.

ReplyDeleteha! how nice that he's back.
ReplyDeletei loved your pic. on the prevoius.
Funny expression. Great artwork. Better than a dull wall anyday.
ReplyDeleteThis is a real gem - the cat definitely makes it....
ReplyDeletehurray for the return of the kitty. She's an amazing artist!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad he found his way home - even if it has meant he's had to be shut in!
ReplyDeleteThat is really cute. A lurking kitty.
ReplyDeleteNice pussy!
ReplyDeleteVery clever!
good nighty!
hmm what an artistic house .. the choice of colors and then the plants at the bottom .. but it would be nice to have real plants too.
ReplyDeleteI won't be too thrilled about being shut indoors either. But then again, it's winter so the cat shouldn't complain too much. :-)
ReplyDeleteMaybe your friend could paint her outside in the summer.
That is so neat, i love it when i see paintings on a building or shed
ReplyDeleteLove the kitty
ReplyDeleteMethinks I saw one like that in Combe Martin yesterday, when I visited the town for the first time.
Also learned that Shammick is the secret name for Combe Martin. Very secret ... shhhh ...
Brilliant! Might have to do something like this to my shed!
ReplyDeleteI do hope somebody visits and geeds that cat.
ReplyDeleteI love the cat, and I love the look on his face. But to tell you the truth some of the comments you've had are priceless too. I checked out the old post, and I have to say i prefer the present design, but that might be because the old one was getting a bit tatty. Whichever one you look at, though, she's a very talented and imaginative person. Love it!
ReplyDeleteAwwww. That's so sweet. I love it, Ex-S. :)whrn
