Battle Stations!
No need to describe the fun being had here.... new Nerf guns!
What fun. I have a pump action water pistol I use for similar fun - particularly when I am gunning down sulphur crested vandals. As an aside, a friend decided that she would not give her son toy guns because it encouraged violence. She gave up when she found him carefully nibbling a carrot into a suitable gun shape.
They are sure having fun. Kids love to play "guns". In my youth play guns looked like real guns. Now you dare not. And my father was one who would not let us play guns or read western comics. Didn't help.

I spent a couple of days with the grandies. They built a magnificent fort of cardboard boxes.... should have taken a photo of that too.

DeleteIt’s great for kids to be out and enjoying some physical activity, though they don’t see it thatt way usually.
ReplyDeleteThese kids are outside from morning to night unless it's too wet or too cold. Their sister didn't join in the battle, she prefers Barbies.

ReplyDeleteBelieve me, Nerf guns are the best. They have a selection of varieties. I was taking part the battle too, but I die far too easily.
